Port Location - New York City has two Passenger Ship Terminals so make sure you know which one your cruise arrives at or departs from. Manhattan Cruise Terminal is the major terminal and is located at 12th Avenue and 55th Street in the heart of New York City on the Hudson river. Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is on Browne St and is opposite Govenors Island, so they are some distance apart.
