Hamilton is the capital city, major port and commercial center of Bermuda. The heart of the city is located in Front St, a harbour front road lined with turn-of-the-century Victorian buildings in bright pastel colours.

One of the attractions in Hamilton is Bermuda Cathedral, built in neo-Gothic style. It can be seen from most of Pembroke Parish. You can also visit the Bermuda Historical Society Museum, the Bermuda National Gallery and Fort Hamilton, which is a substantial hilltop fort with a bird's-eye view of Hamilton Harbor.

There are cinemas, a variety of shops, bars, hotels and restaurants. The city also boasts plenty of markets, gardens, stalls, beaches, squares and plazas with wide streets, boulevards and walkways.

Port Location - Cruise ships berth in Hamilton alongside Front Street, one of the main streets of Bermuda's capital. Passengers here have access to the shops and restaurants of Hamilton, and can reach the rest of the islands using the bus and ferry systems.
