Early Risers BreakfastEarly risers breakfast from 6.30am - 8.00am is served in the Salon, full cooked to order breakfast starts at 8.00am. The early risers buffet consists of muffins, toast and English muffins, yogurt, cereals and more.

BreakfastThe main breakfast is usually either an egg scrambled of some fort with potatoes, bacon and or sausage or pancakes. The Chef prepares a scrumptious eggs benedict with salmon some mornings. You can also order toast, oatmeal, eggs cooked to order, etc. Several types of juice are offered, as is coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

LunchChicken breast salad - at about 12.30pm a light lunch is generally served: a soup and salad combo, a sandwich or something like seafood gumbo. Dessert is always served but if you want something more healthful, you can request a plate of fruit or a dish of sorbet.

Evening AppetizersAppetizers and cocktails are served nightly at around 6.00pm. Some of the items served include salmon cakes, quesadillas, vegetable dumplings with spicy peanut sauce, and smoked pink and white salmon with cheese and crackers. Wine and champagne are available each evening, as are select liquors and spirits.

DinnerEvening meals are prepared to cater for all tastes, this Shrimp Scampi with Mashed Sweet Potato provides for a hearty option. Start the evening with either salad or soup. Dishes can be personalised for those with allergies or special preferences.

DessertA Panacatta Dessert, dessert is served nightly, choices like peanut butter pie, berry cobbler with ice cream, lemon/blueberry pudding, tiramisu etc.
