Island Escape is the most laidback ship in the fleet, taking a more informal approach to life at sea. On the activities front, you can enjoy everything from pampering spa treatments and sports, to salsa classes and fruit carving demonstrations. And at night, it's all about side-splitting stand-up comedy, live bands and cabaret. As for restaurants, there are three to choose from, two of which offer bumper buffet spreads. Island Escape

	Bars A refreshing pint, or perhaps a nice, quiet cocktail? With six totally different bars, you're sure to find just the spot to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. If you want an exotic fruit cocktail or frozen daiquiri then you'll want to visit the Mirage bar. For peaceful drink away from the sun then make your way to the Lookout where you can chill-out during the day or dance to the early hours at night. There's the Sailaway bar for a different view each day, or the sophisticated Sundowner lounge where you can listen to the resident pianist. One of the most popular spots for a lively atmosphere and a pint is the Pub and if you're in the mood for a party there's the Bounty Lounge where there's always something going on each night.
	Beachcomber Restaurant If you want a little al fresco food, the Beachcomer, is a fantastically popular venue, with indoor and outdoor tables where you can come as you are. With its 24-hour service, you can sit down to anything from a lunchtime barbecue to afternoon tea or a midnight supper.
	Beauty Salon The beauty salon is another popular attraction where all the services of a first class salon are yours to enjoy. From massage, manicure and pedicure, right through to detox body wraps and facials, stylists and beauticians will pamper you and keep you looking - and feeling - great.
	Cafe Brasil Escape from the heat of the day to the air-conditioned Café Brasil. Take in the views from the panoramic windows while you treat yourself to a speciality coffee or tea and maybe even a delicious pastry.
	Casino Whether you fancy a flutter on the slot machines or enjoy the thrill of a game of blackjack the Island Escape's casino has something for you. If you've never been to a casino before our croupiers hold quick classes for you to pick up the games and of course there's no need for a Monte Carlo style tuxedo here!
	Cyber Cafe Want to check your emails, keep in touch with the news, find your team's latest scores? You can get on line with no fuss in the Cyber Café and if you're new to the Internet staff will gladly help you get started. You can even send a quick postcard home to let them know what a good time you're having!
	Gymnasium If you like to unwind by exercising body and mind, there is a bright, well-equipped gym with treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes and leg curl station. Trainers are on hand with tips and advice and can even plan a personal fitness programme for you to 'work that body'. If the gym isn't your thing, you can always join the aerobics classes that cater for beginners and experienced alike.
	Nightclub Perched high above the decks the Lookout is a quiet oasis during the day with spectacular 360 degree views. Kicking to life late in the evening the nightclub in the Lookout is the perfect place to dance away the hours or just perch at the bar and people watch.
	Oasis Restaurant On those occasions when you want to dress up, the Oasis is the just the place for you. Oasis is a warm atmosphere where you can dine à la carte and enjoy a fantastic selection of wines at very reasonable prices. You will be waited hand and foot and be spoilt with beautifully prepared meals, some of which are included in the price of your holiday.
	Pool Big enough for a quick dip or a splash around the Island Escape's pool is often the centre of attention during days at sea. Surrounded by sunbeds with waiter service from the Mirage Bar it's the favourite spot on the ship for enjoying the sun and getting to know your fellow travellers.
	Shops Below deck there are smart shops to browse around and treat yourself or find gifts to take home. With watches, perfumes and clothing there's bound to be something that takes your eye.
	The Island Restaurant The Island Restaurant, with its exotic 'Spice Market' décor, is at the heart of the ship and serves a mouth-watering variety of food that looks as good as it tastes. You can start the day with a full buffet breakfast and then later on spoil yourself with dishes including stir-frys, seafood platters, hot main meals, salads and delicious desserts. You can dress as you please and help yourself to the buffet in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
	Theatre The Ocean Theatre is home to Island Cruises' talented team of performers. Each one week cruise will be treated to a new, spectacular show every night. During the Mediterranean season you can take in a slice of the West End or sit back and enjoy the sounds of your favourite bands over the years. The programme in Brazil has a distinctly Latin flavour with live music and spectacular floor shows fuelling the party atmosphere.
