Fleur de Lys
The now luxurious 6 passenger Fleur de Lys was originally constructed in 1941, in Belgium, to serve as a freight carrying vessel. Soon after she was commandeered by the German army in the Second World War instantly becoming a part of European history. With preservation in mind she underwent conversion into a passenger vessel in 1986. Her furnishing and equipment includes items from 22 countries, many as fascinating as the barge herself.

On DeckThe Sun Deck, while smaller in size than other barges, can comfortably host all passengers at once. The presence of a large heated pool also makes the Sun Deck an attractive feature of Fleur de Lys. The canopied Sun Deck also features a beautiful teak deck table with six (6) chairs for memorable "al fresco" meals.
The Sun Deck is perfect for sun bathing, talking with friends, enjoying a book, or gazing at the beautiful scenery as it comes dripping from the plane trees that line the canal. |
