You'll find our Fitness Center has everything you could need to exercise exactly the way you'd like. Enjoy our workout area with recumbent Life cycles, Tectrix step machines and virtual bikes, Cybex strength machines equipment stations, treadmills, sauna and steam baths. Our aerobics area has room for 35 participants, plus huge wrap around windows for an amazing view of the ocean. You can also choose from different levels of various aerobic programs plus ping pong and volleyball to meet any need. |
