The Piano Bar

Situated at the very heart of the ship on Promenade Deck is the tastefully designed Piano Bar. Its position at the top of the atrium means it benefits from a close view of the intricate glass ceiling created by the artist Jo Downs.The light emanating from its rich hues of purples, pinks and blues combines with light wood walls and a low ceiling to give the Piano Bar an intimate evening feel. Just below on F Deck is Arcadian Rhodes and close by is the top tier of the Meridian Restaurant, making it the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. As the name suggest, in pride of place is the piano, where the resident pianist provides a backdrop to your conversation.

Aquarius Bar

At the stern of Lido Deck, just forward of the Aquarius Pool is the Aquarius Bar. This full-service, outdoor bar is bamboo clad and lends a tropical feel to the Aquarius Pool area. If you're in the mood for dancing, head to Electra - Arcadia's nightclub on F Deck forward. Although located on the port side of the ship you can actually enter by following either the port or starboard side corridors. That said, if you turn left before The Globe, coming from the midships direction, you can enter Electra from its uniquely lit corridor.Designed with a vibrant retro theme, Electra welcomes you with a stimulating combination of colour. The psychedelic dance floor, alcove seating and fibre-optic lighting, combine to create a fun, lively atmosphere that is perfect for letting your hair down. Intermezzo

Make your evening that little bit more special with a visit to Intermezzo, an exclusive cocktail and champagne bar located opposite Arcadian Rhodes on F Deck, midships. You can reach this elegant bar either by ascending the central Atrium staircase or by using the midships lifts. Luxuriate in Intermezzo with a glass of champagne or your favourite cocktail in hand and you'll be in the most sumptuous of surroundings. Blue and grape colours, marble and decorative balustrading creates an air of sophistication. Feature columns are dressed in rich sheer curtains, adding soft lighting by evening when the columns are lit from within. The Spinnaker Bar

Nestled between Intermezzo and the Meridian Restaurant on the starboard side of F Deck, is the yacht-inspired Spinnaker Bar. Large windows allow the natural ambient light to fill the room and its sophisticated yachting theme is evident in its contemporary décor. Featuring wood, steel and chrome, it has porthole style mirrors and ship memorabilia, and a luxurious colour scheme of green and aubergine.As it is just off the central walkway and close to the restaurants and evening entertainment, you will find that it is the perfect meeting place for a pre or post dinner tipple. The Crow's Nest

On Sun Deck forward is where you will find the appropriately named Crow's Nest. This relaxed lounge offers visitors sweeping panoramic ocean views and a convivial atmosphere, whatever the hour. In addition to the main seating area there are two snug areas to add a feeling of intimacy. A curved wall of glass brings light into the room and the dark and light timber-adorned pillars and bar are complemented by cream and mushroom leather chairs around the room's edge. By day, you can sit back and relax with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other, pausing every now and again to enjoy the view. And at night, you'll be able to enjoy your favourite tipple to the sound of tinkling ivories. Jazz nights, cabaret and dancing all make the Crow's Nest a perfectly relaxed and elegant post.

Neptune Bar

Midships on the port side of Lido Deck, at the aft end of the Neptune Pool, is the full-service Neptune Bar. Decorative ceramic pebbles cover the bar surround, giving you the feel of a pebble beach come rain or shine. But, as the entire area is protected by the sliding glass Skydome, including the Neptune Pool and Neptune Grill, you won't have to worry about it raining on your fun!

Orchid Bar

You will find The Orchid Bar at the highest point of the ship - Sky Deck. You can reach it using the midships lifts, including the exterior lifts that travel down the port and starboard side of Arcadia. As you enter this colonial style bar you are welcomed by an array of drawings and paintings created by Martin Williams, which form a travelogue of journeys through Asia, and a warming palette of orange and reds, vibrant fabrics, wood veneer and woven cane furniture.This narrow bar occupies an impressive vantage point over the Neptune Pool and out to the ocean beyond. As the sun sets and warm ambient light pours into the room, you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink before dining on the most wonderful Asian cuisine in the nearby Orchid Restaurant, or stop by later for a post-dinner drink.

The Rising Sun

En route to the theatre and the casino on F Deck, on the starboard side, you will find The Rising Sun. If you thought the British Victorian style pub was a thing of the past, you'll be pleased to know it lives on in the form of The Rising Sun. This traditional style pub is decked out with wood panelling, etched glass and burgundy leather bar stools and seats. The jukebox, stage and snug bar, which is lined by bottle green marble, combine to create an authentic pub atmosphere. With everything from darts, karaoke, talent shows, 'pub night', dancing and sport screenings to keep you amused, you'll find this is a great place to come for a lively evening with friends.

Monte Carlo Casino

The Monte Carlo Casino is conveniently located on F Deck forward next to the theatre and nightclub. It is adorned with rich fabrics including purple leather chairs around purple felt gaming tables and gives the casino a sumptuous, glamorous feel. In addition to the two roulette tables and three blackjack tables, you will find over 50 slot machines. The fun carpet complements the room well, reflecting the colour scheme of the yellows and purples of the furniture. Its proximity to Arcadia's evening entertainment makes it a great place to continue a fun night out after post dinner drinks or a show.

You will find the Celebrations desk at the very top of the Atrium, adjacent to The Piano Bar. Either ascend the attractive staircase at the centre of the Atrium or take the midships lifts to the Promenade Deck. On display you will find extravagant floral displays carefully crafted by the resident florist, as well as a wonderful selection of gifts, which can be purchased for loved ones or friends.

If you love to shop then you will be in shopping heaven when you reach Piccadilly on Promenade Deck. The exterior presents stunning windows displays of clothing and chic jewellery. Inside you will find an array of attractive souvenirs, perfumes and make up, as well as jewellery, elegant clothing and accessories from different designers. Better still, once you've shopped for gifts for loved ones and friends, and treated yourself to a little something special, you can take a break from your retail therapy with a well-deserved coffee in nearby Caffè Vivo.

At the heart of the ship on Promenade Deck is the Emporium, a compact shop that stocks all of the essentials that you could want, from sweets and snacks to souvenirs and toiletries. So don't worry if you have forgotten to pack something.

Oasis Spa

Visit one of the most luxurious spas at sea by taking the forward lifts to Lido Deck portside, or by walking across the expanse of teak deck surrounding the Neptune Pool. As you enter the spa you will be greeted by the tranquil, spacious reception area. To the left of the reception desk is the salon, with its superb ocean views and relaxing cream décor, as well as the innovative dry floatation tanks. Arcadian Rhodes is located midships on the port side of F Deck. Arcadian Rhodes is the creation of Gary Rhodes, one of Britain's best-known chefs. With his innovative take on contemporary British cuisine, Gary Rhodes has created the menu and several signature dishes for the restaurant. Intimate and upmarket, this is the place to come for culinary extravaganza, impressive surroundings and a truly memorable evening. Located on the starboard side of Promenade Deck, between the Library and the cyb@centre, is Caffè Vivo. Just a few steps away from Arcadia's shops, this fantastic coffee shop is a great place to take a break and people watch. Adorned with brown leather sofas, high tables and stools and wooden floors, Caffè Vivo takes its cues from the warmth and vibrancy of the Mediterranean and provides a cosy and inviting atmosphere. For casual dining at its best, stop by the Neptune Grill, midships on the starboard side of Lido Deck, at the aft end of the Neptune Pool. Serving snacks, refreshments and daytime meals, the Neptune Grill is a great place for relaxing and enjoying a casual poolside snack. Situated in a large sunbathing area, with a bar and an area set aside for a band, you'll often be treated to some music on deck, as you enjoy the laid-back atmosphere around the pool. When the weather is not the best, the grill is protected by the amazing retractable Skydome. It's a great place to get into the holiday mood, for here the sun always shines!

Belevedere Food Court

For flexible dining at any time, visit The Belvedere Restaurant, midships on Lido Deck, just aft of the central lifts. So named because it commands fine views through floor-to-ceiling windows, The Belvedere food court offers informal dining around the clock. With a wide choice of menus from Oriental and Italian to bistro-style dishes and a delicatessen counter, this stylish and modern venue is the place to go for casual dining any time of the day or night. Located in the heart of the ship on F Deck, The Globe provides a wealth of entertainment. You enter this room from the starboard side corridor, and as you do so, you'll be met by a shining black marble bar with small starlights sparkling overhead. As the name suggests the room is circular and its subtle lighting brings a warm ambience to the room in the form of recessed lights and elegant lamps. Curvy seating and a black and gold colour scheme continue the room's classy atmosphere and fluid lines. Here you might catch the latest film release on its cinema screen, attend an art auction, enjoy a late night cabaret or boogie the night away to some live music!

The Palladium

Arcadia's impressive three tier theatre, The Palladium, is located at the very forward end of the ship and, whether you enter from the Promenade Deck, F Deck or G Deck, a grand entrance is guaranteed. That said, if you walk into the theatre from the G Deck port or starboard corridors, you will have the added pleasure of witnessing the unique sculptures by Andrew Logan. Inside you will find that the comfortable theatre-style-seating arcs around the stage in three tiers, affording you excellent views of the stage. At the very front of the ship, high up on Lido Deck and next to the Oasis Spa, is Arcadia's high-tech Gym. Travel in the midships lifts to the Sun Deck and you will reach The Retreat, a room designed to be 'zen' - the ultimate space for relaxation. This light and airy room, with comfy cream sofas and easy chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large expanse of wooden floor, provides an atmosphere conducive to activities such as Tai Chi, meditation and yoga, which are run as part of Arcadia's New Horizons programme.

Promenade Deck

The Promenade Deck encircles the entire ship and is the hub of activity on Arcadia. Inside you will find an abundance of clubs, pubs, theatres and lounges. On the outside of the Promenade Deck you will find broad teak decking, reminiscent of the days of grand ocean liners and perfect for that early morning walk or romantic, late-night stroll under the stars.

Diversions

If you want to experience a new style of fitness programme then visit Diversions on Sun Deck, midships. Inside you will find a range of resistance equipment that is part of a regime called Kinesis, which improves your balance and tone. As a low-impact exercise this form of physical training is much kinder to the body and helps to strengthen and tone muscles. The subtle hues of the room with its cream walls and rich wood flooring create a relaxing space in which to enjoy this gentler form of exercise.

Neptune Pool

Located on Lido Deck, between the forward and central lifts is the sparkling Neptune Pool, Arcadia's largest. Covered by a skydome, you can always take to the water no matter what the weather. The sliding glass roof can be retracted in good weather, or left closed in cooler climes - so you can enjoy a relaxing swim as soon as you leave Southampton! The skydome covers the entire pool area, including the Neptune Bar and Neptune Grill.

Sports Court

Arcadia's Sports Court is situated at the stern of the ship on Sky Deck. If you are a sports fiend Arcadia has many options! Whether you enjoy the friendly competition of an organised tournament or prefer to play casually with your own party, short tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and cricket are just some of the options available in Arcadia's Sports Court. And just aft of the Sports Court you will find the golf nets, where you can perfect your swing, using your own clubs or those provided.

The Library is situated on the starboard side of Promenade Deck, between the Emporium and Caffè Vivo. Visit Arcadia's well-stocked library and select the perfect book to join you on your deck lounger by the pool. Positioned on the port side of Promenade Deck, aft of the forward lifts and adjacent to Caffè Vivo and the cyb@centre, is the Horizon Suite. As well as discovering the world on Arcadia, you can also embark on a voyage of self-discovery with our 'New Horizons Programme'. This exciting programme offers workshops on everything from wine tasting to psychology. Utilising the very latest in audiovisual equipment and laptops, you will find a visit to the Horizon Suite is the perfect way to unwind and enrich your time on board. And in the process you can develop new skills, meet your fellow passengers and have some fun!

The Viceroy Room

The Viceroy Room, Arcadia's perfect place to wind down, lies at the forward end of Sun Deck, just behind The Crow's Nest. The Viceroy Room has a timeless gentleman's club feel and is a restful space designed for peace and reflection, and quiet conversation. Chat with fellow passengers about the topical issues of the day and put the world to rights, or simply relax and unwind as you watch the world float by.

Atrium

The Atrium is the heart of Arcadia and spans three decks from G Deck through to Promenade Deck. With numerous bars and venues emanating from it, the Atrium has a wonderfully contemporary feel. It boasts a dramatic shimmering two-tone curtain that cascades down over the three levels. At its base on G Deck, you will find stylish high-backed soft cushion benches, wrapping around the walls in soft pastel colours and contemporary creams and whites.
